before sending in a form, please keep the following in mind:

  • All prices are listed in USD!

  • I will not draw any "SFW fetishes." If you have any questions regarding a prospective commission, please contact me.

  • My turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the commission and the amount of free time I have on my hands. I have a full-time job and other obligations that take precedence over my side hustle.

  • Shading is an additional 30% charge to the cost of any characters and props.

  • Each additional character is 80% of the tier they fall under. If different tiers are ordered in the same piece (i.e. fullbody and halfbody), the highest tier will be charged at full price and other(s) will be 80% of their tier cost.

  • There is no set price for backgrounds, and they will be quoted based on their complexity. Simple backgrounds (gradients/solid colors) are free of charge.

  • Complex outfits/props are subject to additional charges. A suit of armor will require much more time than a hoodie.

  • Unshaded reference sheets are required for most commission types. Even scribbling colors on any random free reference sheet would be greatly appreciated! A detailed description would be required otherwise, but is not preferred.

  • I will work off of VRChat reference images. For the most accurate colors, please provide the hex codes, as the ambient lighting may skew your character's color palette.

  • If you have a specific pose in mind, please sketch it out! I will gladly work off stick figures or anything that gets your idea across.

  • Please do not spam my DMs, I will get back to you ASAP. If I don't get back to you within a week, then feel free to bump up our DMs!

Con badge commissions are taken on a rolling basis, when open, and will be completed by your next convention.Reference sheets are required for all badge commissions due to the shorter time frame I have to complete them.All badge commissions that are art-only or pick-up at con will receive a $5 discount! Otherwise, shipping WITH tracking is included.NOTE: Shipping is guaranteed for US clients. I am willing to make badges for international clients, but you will be held responsible for any shipping costs and any applicable customs costs.Need a replacement? I am happy to provide two extra copies of your badge for $10 (US only)!

YCH badges are priced as marked, complexity fees are NOT applicable to them unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as extreme modification of the base sketch or heavily asymmetrical designs.All images below are examples of completed YCH badges, listed with the name of the YCH and their pricing. There may be some variation in outfits, colors, etc. between the example and your commission!

traditional art comms

This option is generally ONLY for pick-up at con OR for at-con commissions. While shipping with tracking helps, i prefer to not have original pieces be lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address and never seen again!Traditional Busts - $100
Includes original piece and a high resolution scan!Each piece is made with alcohol markers, ink, and colored pencils on 6"x8" archival quality marker paper. These are almost COMPLETELY artistic liberty, you provide me the vibes, and I go straight to sketching in ink!If interested, please reach out to me directly!

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, or by owning one of my designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to read these terms. You will be blacklisted should these terms be broken. Please read them thoroughly.

My Rights

  • I have the right to refuse or deny a commission without an explanation.

  • I have the right to refund a commission when I want without an explanation.

  • I have the right to use any commissioned artwork in a personal portfolio and/or post it to social media accounts. If you prefer a piece to not be posted online, please notify me at the beginning of the commission process.

  • I have the right to blacklist anyone without an explanation.

  • I have the right to ask for the removal of a piece of my artwork if it was edited in a manner that I do not permit.

  • I have the right to reuse any work I have done that was rejected by a client, or any progress leftover that results from a refund/cancellation/blacklist.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission if you break my Terms of Service, harass me, or cease communication with me for a prolonged amount of time.

Client's Rights

  • You retain all character rights of your own creation used within the commissioned work.

  • You have the right to repost the commissioned artwork on any site as long as I am properly credited.

  • You have the right to crop/edit commissioned artwork for use in banners, icons, etc.

  • You have the right to use my artwork noncommercially. Commercial reproduction of my work must be discussed with me prior and have my approval beforehand.

Payment

  • I only accept PayPal at this time.

  • Payment must be received before work is started on a commission.

  • Payment plans are only available for orders over 200USD. Half of the total cost of the piece must be paid for me to begin work on the sketch, work will not continue past the sketching phase until it is paid in full.

  • I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment. You will be blacklisted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not permitted after approval of the sketch.

  • In extenuating circumstances, I will give a partial refund based on the amount of work I have completed so far. You do not have rights to the work done up to that point, it will be reused in another manner. Such as selling it as a YCH, turning it into a base, etc.

Chargebacks

  • You will be blacklisted if a chargeback is made without probable cause and a notification.

Design Permissions

  • You may edit the design, but the original design must stay with the character and cannot be sold on its own.

  • You may trade/gift the character.

  • You may sell the character, preferably for the cost that you purchased it, plus any other artwork you have commissioned or made.

  • You must properly credit me for the original design. Do not claim the design as your own.

  • If the character is on Toyhouse, do not transfer the creator credits. Add designers if the design is altered.

Blacklist

The people listed below are permanently barred from conduct business with me. Anyone who aids them in commissioning me will also be blacklisted.
